2. About LinkVite

LinkVite is a digital event invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, publish, share, and manage invitations and related event features.We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use LinkVite.If you use LinkVite on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:providing accurate information; maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activities under your account; and notifying us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or others.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to LinkVite, including invitation text, event details, guest lists, media, designs, and custom links (“User Content”).By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant LinkVite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.You represent and warrant that:you own the User Content or have the necessary rights to use it; your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and your User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

6. Guest Data and Permissions

If you upload guest names, emails, phone numbers, or other personal data, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and appropriate authority to do so.You are responsible for how you collect, use, and communicate with your guests through the platform.LinkVite is not responsible for claims arising from your unauthorized or unlawful use of guest data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:use LinkVite for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes; upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization; interfere with platform performance or security; scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond permitted use; send spam, phishing, or deceptive invitations; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; publish offensive, defamatory, or illegal content; use the platform in a way that could damage LinkVite’s reputation or operations.

8. Paid Services, Pricing, and Payments

Some LinkVite features may require payment. By purchasing a paid plan or service, you agree to:pay all applicable fees; provide valid payment information; pay any taxes or charges required by law.Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases unless otherwise stated.If recurring billing applies, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until cancellation.

9. Refunds

LinkVite and all related trademarks, logos, software, designs, code, interfaces, workflows, and platform content, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit any part of LinkVite except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

12. Availability and Service Changes

We aim to keep LinkVite available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.We may perform maintenance, release updates, change features, or remove functionality at any time without liability.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or policies.Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkVite and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or event-related losses.Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to LinkVite during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or [insert amount if you prefer a fixed cap], whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkVite and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:your use of the platform; your User Content; your guest data; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of LinkVite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jbeil – Lebanon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.You may add arbitration language here instead if you prefer.
